Meet Miss Victoria - she's celebrating her Quinceanera this winter and this past Saturday afternoon, we got a sneak peek of the dress. It's so pretty and fun, just like Victoria! Doesn't she look like a princess? Gorgeous! Can't wait for the big party!!
